The new Georgia Real Estate Commission’s (GREC) rules for Brokers, Qualifying Brokers, and Associate Brokers: 

• Effective 01July2025, Brokers,      Qualifying Brokers, and Associate Brokers must complete 18 hours of Continuing      Education (CE) focused on Broker-specifics.
• Brokers renewing their license      on or after 01July2025 must complete at least 3 hours of Georgia License      Law in addition to 18 hours of GREC-approved Broker CE topic courses.
